Ben Seeley

Ben Seeley (°01/1983) is a two time World Champion and five time USA National Champion. His name was formerly Ben Hurst.
He currently lives in Santa Barbara, California.
He plays under the nickname "foompy_katt" on vog, kurnik and yahoo, and "yinyang_foompy_katt" on Yahoo Japan.
He is a writer for the American othello site http://othellogateway.com/.
Ben first became the US National Champion in 2001, at eighteen years of age. He went on to win again in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006.
Winner US Open 2004 and 2006.
Winner US National Open 2005.
In 2001 he made his WOC debut, finishing 14th, and placed second in 2002.
He won his first World Othello Championship title in 2003, aged twenty, and retained it in 2004.
